The Autism Kit Pro is local-first. We don't run a cloud database of client information, and session data never passes through our servers.
Where session data goes
The Autism Kit servers: not in this flow. We never receive client names, sessions or notes.
No third-party trackers
The clinical app has no advertising or analytics SDKs that could see session content.
Device protection
Relies on iPadOS encryption, plus an optional Face ID or passcode lock inside the app for shared devices.
Your backup choice

For your compliance team
Because we don't receive protected health information, your clinic's own HIPAA program covers the iPads and the exported records. [Confirm with counsel: business associate status, Texas Chapter 181 and California CMIA review.]
